Plank up-downs: Take plank position on floor and stretch your arms perpendicular to floor and lift your body on your arms and by squeezing your butt and pulling your abs tight into your spine. Keep one arm perpendicular and the other arm should be lowered down onto forearm. Then repeat the same for the second arm. keep the core tight entire time. Do 8-10 at least a day .



Trunk twists: Stand straight and maintain a distance of 1 feet between your legs. Now turn your trunk to left and also make sure that your legs are straight. As you turn punch in air with one arm.  Do 20 to 25 times on each side.these twists are best workouts to get rid of love handles.




Bicycling: Cycling is fastest way to get rid of love handles

Jogging: Jogging every day also helps to get rid from love handles.

Do twisting crunches: This exercise helps you to get rid of love handles. It can be done in the following way. Lie down on your back and keep your legs as shown in picture and then rise one knee to touch its opposite elbow. This reduces love handles effectively.


  
Lifting of legs: Lie on your side and lift your upper leg a few inches from the ground. This helps you to get rid from love handles.


Crunches: Lie down on your back and keep your feet flat on the floor by bending your knees. Push ups: First lie down on your stomach and keep your palm flat on the floor and lift your body so that your hand is perpendicular to floor. This is also an effective method to get rod from love handles.


Cross Press and reach(get rid of cellulite): Kneel down on your left knee and put your right leg in front of you. Keep the right foot flat on the floor so your leg is perpendicular to the floor. Now hold weight in your right hand and make a pose as shown in picture. here arm is kept straight and your fist is perpendicular to your arm. Now bend your body to left and touch your left palm flat to the floor while doing this lift your right arm straight in the air. Now doing this come back to original position.

Round oblique: Stand on the floor by maintaining a wider distance between your legs. Now raise your hands and hold a very less weight between your hands. Now by standing straight bend your hip to left and reach down as far as possible. If you can't reach more rotate your body on to the floor.

Knee drop: This pose is shown in the  picture. Doing it reduces the love handle. Lie down on your back and by keeping your body straight keep your legs as shown in picture.
