Love

up-downs: Take plank position on floor and stretch your arms perpendicular to

Now bend your body to left and touch your left palm flat to the floor while
doing this lift your right arm straight in the air. Now doing this come back to
original position.
Round
oblique: Stand on the floor by maintaining a wider distance between your legs.
Now raise your hands and hold a very less weight between your hands. Now by
standing straight bend your hip to left and reach down as far as possible. If
you can't reach more rotate your body on to the floor.
Knee
drop: This pose is shown in the picture.
Doing it reduces the love handle. Lie down on your back and by keeping your
body straight keep your legs as shown in picture.
